me in the tracks

I never expected to run in prelims of sports events just after a whole dose of fever. Today, I went back to school. Everyone were so glad to have me back.( I suppose. Who wouldn't want a person who has a bag of questions which includes yours too?) I knew we were having heats today, I was not in the mood of participating in it anyway. One, there's a billionth of a chance of me winning in any event. Second, who would waste their energy even if you know you are not going to win?

Although I came third in 100m race( which is a medical miracle! I never pop up in first 10 places) I was not selected. this is really unfair! I mean, no appreciation for new record, and nothing.
