From today, I and my family have taken the 100 days of running challenge. As for today's part, I did 1 hour o walking in the morning and 1 hour of badminton in the evening. I got a total of 6.9km. And I'm quite happy with my rank 524. My next goal is to gradually increase the km to 10.
Walking in the morning is very pleasant. You could feel the cool breeze on your face, the warmth of the young rays of the sun, and the low rustling sound of trees. It refreshes the mind and makes us feel fresh and energetic. This has also given me a new feel of the nature around me, and I like it.
