The Covenant - review

I watched this film called 'The Covenant' a few days back. It is a really good choice if you want to take your time off with some thrilling graphics. The movie was released in the year 2006, and I'm specifically mentioning this because there are several movies that were released with the same title.

The story revolves around four warlocks who were born with supernatural powers. They attend school like normal kids, as their powers aren't actually fully activated. On their 18th birthday, they ascend, attaining full powers. But as they use the powers more and more, they get addicted to it, and it is seductive.It takes their life bit by bit,until there's nothing left. The four warlocks seem to have a normal life, when a fifth one claims to have arisen from a bloodline that was supposed to have ended centuries ago. He wants to take revenge, and the warlocks must prevent him from hurting anyone. The cost is too high; it may even demand their life. And the rest of the story goes on how they tackle him.

The film is pretty spiffing. If you like supernatural drama and a little graphical thriller, you will surely like the film. It is available on Amazon Prime Video. So what are you waiting for? Plan a movie night!

Saturdays with BK Uncle

Edit 1 : This is something I wrote a long time ago. repurposing for entertainment purposes. any harm thus caused isn't intentional; it happens to be a byproduct. Nobody knows how old BK Uncle is. Afterthoughts - YellowFace

It took me a while to finish this book. Longer than I'd like to admit. Partly because engineering can get exhausting; sometimes all you want to do is sit still and stare into the void.
