my speech on ecological importance of farm animals

Namaste and a very good morning to one and all present here. I’m R. Bharathi of class 8, studying in SRDF Vivekananda Vidyalaya. I am here to talk about some creatures, which are a few of the many which helps the man to wake his soul. I am also going to talk about the importance of those creatures in our ecosystem. Yes, I am here to talk on the topic, “The Ecological Importance of Farm Animals.” Now, as I’ve got a lengthy topic let me first divide it. That makes it “ecological” and “importance of farm animals” My first question is, “what’s ecology or what an ecosystem is?” Ecosystem is a community of interacting organisms and their environment. Ecology is the study of ecosystem. My second question is “what are farm animals?” the simple answer I get is that the animals which are raised in a farm are called farm animals. So, is dog a farm animal? Certainly not. So let me make it clear. Animals which help in farming or agriculture are called farm animals. Next, some may ask “ho...

My Favourite God

“ GOD” means “Guardian of Devotees”. My favorite God is Lord Ganesha. There are many reasons for this. A simpler one is:- G – Get A – Always N – New E – Energy S – Spirit & H – Happiness A – At all times. Lord Ganesha holds a very significant place in the Hindu religion .He is usually worshipped as the obstacle remover .His other names are Ganapati (holder of the weight of his devotees.), Gajaanan (elephant headed), Vinaayagar etc. Any religious activity begins with his blessings. Even when we start writing anything; we use his symbol on the top. According to the Hindus, Lord Ganesha is the eldest son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi. Parvathi created Ganesha in the absence of Lord Shiva to guard the house while she is bathing. When Lord Shiva came, Ganesha didn’t allow his father to get in. Furiously, Lord Shiva cut down his head with the trishula. When Parvati saw the condition of her son she became angry. Then, to console her, Shiva replaced Ganesha’s ...

The three eared rabbit.

I told this story to my little brother and he enjoyed it. hope you will enjoy too. Once upon a time there lived a rabbit in a forest. the most peculiar thing about the rabbit was that it had three ears instead of two. the third ear was located between the two, that is in the centre of it' head. This special stuff helped the rabbit to hear sounds that are nearly 10 miles away. all the animals of the forest liked the rabbit because it helped them to escape from becoming a prey of the carnivorous animals. this angered the other animals who were dependent on the herbivores.  so one day, the king of the jungle called upon a meeting with all the carnivores. as they were discussing about their problems due to the rabbit's special ability, a fox rose up and told a plan. the plan was that all the carnivores would discuss about hunting together in a direction, but would move in the opposite direction for the same. the king approved this idea and the fox announced loudly that they wi...

Baahubali 2 - my review

I watched baahubali 2 recently. The movie is the conclusion part of baahubali – the beginning. The artists’ selection is really good. They have really dedicated themselves to the characters. I was stunned to watch the stunts and the action sequences. I would like to share the story of this film with all. So here’s the story. The story features upon Amarendra Baahubali’s life. After defeating the kalakeyas, Amarendra is declared as the new king of the mahishmati and his brother as the commander in chief. Before the coronation, queen mother sivagami asks baahubali and kattappa to take a tour of the kingdom to know about the people and their needs. As they take a tour, baahubali sees the princess of kundalas, Devasena. He instantly falls in love with her. When bhallala deva [Baahubali’s brother] learns about this, he hatches a plot to drive wedge between Amarendra and Sivagami by asking for devasena’s hand in marriage. Sivagami, unaware of Amarendra’s is in love w...
